Pleasanton, CA — February 14th, 2025 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome 3SixtyFive, located in Riverside, California. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise which currently has over 600 active office locations across the country.
NextHome 3SixtyFive serves clients throughout Riverside, Temecula, Murietta, Menifee, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles, and the remainder of Southern California. The brokerage provides expertise in both commercial and residential real estate, with plans to expand in the future with property management services.
NextHome 3SixtyFive is owned by the mother-and-daughter team of Louisa Millington and Jacqueline Hibbard. Together, this knowledgeable real estate duo is elevating service throughout Southern California.
Louisa has been a driven real estate professional since 2004. From the beginning, her unbeatable work ethic propelled her to the top-tiers of local real estate.
Working in the resort community of Lake Arrowhead, Louisa developed a reputation for exceptional marketing. She became a sought-after resource for investment and second-home buyers from across the country.
Following the 2008 housing market crash, Louisa creatively continued to help clients in any way that she could – even knocking on doors to personally introduce herself and her expertise.
Louisa’s determination to provide unparalleled real estate support led to the creation of California Transaction Coordinators in 2012. Today, Louisa’s clients seek her out from throughout the entire state of California.
“We genuinely love helping our clients, whether it’s someone buying a home or, more often these days, our agents and brokers,” Louisa said. “We’re passionate about supporting them, protecting them, and guiding them as they navigate the world of real estate.”
Louisa’s love of real estate was something she wanted to share with her children. She encouraged her daughter, Jacqueline, to obtain her real estate license.
“Real estate gave me an incredible life growing up,” Jacqueline said. “It meant having my mom consistently present. Now, as a mom of three, it’s given me the same gift: the ability to be there for my kids.”
Jacqueline has been working with her mother in real estate since she was 16 years old. She became licensed as soon as she could at age 18.
Jacqueline mirrored her mother’s unbeatable work ethic, and she built career experience both in real estate, and in corporate team building. Jacqueline has also worked in youth ministry.
After getting married, Jacqueline’s husband’s military service took their family to Washington state. There, Jacqueline was able to purchase a home and she continued to build a real estate career.
“With my husband in the military, real estate has allowed me to support my family, be present for my kids, and stand by my husband in his career,” Jacqueline said. “It’s been a true blessing in so many ways.”
Jacqueline’s unparalleled real estate knowledge impressed their Washington state REALTOR® so much that Jacqueline became her transaction coordinator.
After her husband retired from military service, Jacqueline returned to Southern California where she continued to build a thriving transaction coordination business alongside her mother.
Looking to the future, Louisa and Jacquline were ready to take their support for brokers and agents to the next level – that’s when they discovered NextHome.
“NextHome really caught my attention when I started noticing changes happening across the real estate industry,” Louisa said. “Lots of companies were completely changing their back-end systems, but NextHome already had a great system figured out. That level of stability makes a big difference for agents who depend on those systems for their business. NextHome’s tech stack was the best in the industry.”
Today, NextHome 3SixtyFive combines NextHome’s industry-leading technology, marketing, and systems with Louisa and Jacqueline’s unparalleled local industry knowledge.
“We have always had a people-first approach to real estate, and by opening a NextHome franchise we can accelerate that commitment to our brokers, agents, and clients,” Jacqueline said.
“We’re passionate about building a legacy and establishing a strong brand for ourselves and NextHome in our community,” Louisa added. “Helping people achieve homeownership is at the heart of what we do. We know many are struggling to buy a home or even stay in the one they have, and we’re committed to making a difference.”
Louisa is a proud sixth-generation Californian, with roots in the Inland Empire that span over a century. Her deep connection to the community fuels both her real estate service and her volunteer efforts.
In 1994, Louisa and a small group of family and friends founded Veronica’s Home of Mercy, a safe haven for women facing crisis pregnancies. What began as a modest facility housing three or four women and their children has since grown into a network of multiple facilities, serving over 41 women and their families at a time. Veronica’s Home of Mercy provides education, job training, substance abuse therapy, and childcare, empowering women to rebuild their lives and achieve independence.
Louisa is also politically active and serves as the Chief of Staff for a local assemblywoman. Though her journey into politics was unplanned, she has embraced the role as another avenue to advocate for her community.
Jacqueline’s heart for others has led to volunteer roles in youth ministry, in addition to various other roles in her local Catholic diocese.
Louisa has been married for 34 years and is the proud mother of four children and six grandchildren.
Jacqueline has been married for six years and is the mother of three kids.
Please join us in congratulating Louisa and Jacqueline on the opening of NextHome 3SixtFive in Riverside, California!
