Through this new office, broker/owner Inger Hiller and sales manager Ashley Wildeman are growing a business that prioritizes community connection.

Prior to her career in real estate, Inger worked in retail management for two different home furnishing companies. Traveling across the country, Inger launched new stores and turned around struggling locations.
“I really loved coaching people and taking teams to higher levels,” Inger said.
Her unique combination of leadership talent, relatability, and passion for helping others succeed created a strong foundation for a career in real estate.
Inger quickly rose to the top tiers of Colorado real estate after becoming a licensed sales agent in 2016. In addition to achieving high sales volumes, Inger became her office’s managing broker and eventually led an office of 18 agents.
Inger’s commitment to relationships-based real estate created an environment where referrals flowed to agents because of grassroots community connection.
