The chance for Tammy to expand with a second office came when Murphys real estate icons Randy Norrie and Hana-Sue Drilling were ready to sell their highly-respected independent firm.
For Tammy, the opportunity to acquire the business was a dream come true.
“They have been in that location for about 30 years,” Tammy explained. “It’s an incredible location with an established reputation. Both Randy and Hana-Sue are extremely personable, well-connected, and offer unparalleled area knowledge after a lifetime of real estate service. I am thrilled that they will be staying on as agents as we transition the office to a NextHome franchise.”

Tammy’s personal legacy of excellence in real estate began almost 30 years ago. She was part owner of a construction company that built custom homes. In 2008, she became a licensed real estate agent and focused her attention on single-family residence and land sales.
Tammy’s drive to elevate real estate experiences in Northern California prompted her to open a NextHome franchise in 2016. As the 16th NextHome brokerage to open in the state of California, Tammy was on the ground floor of NextHome’s rise to national prominence.

Outside of real estate, Tammy’s life is full of love and adventure. She is a loving grandmother to six grandchildren and alongside her husband, Frank Thrower, Tammy is also helping her oldest son raise two llamas named Haley and Joker. At home, she dotes on her two dogs: Max, a German Shepherd, and Gwendolyn, a sweet rescue pup.
