NextHome, Inc. was recognized in two areas; the Enterprise 20 and the Franchise 20. Each ranks the industry’s largest real estate enterprises by US sales volume, transaction sides, agent count, and year-over-year growth.
For the Enterprise 20, NextHome was ranked No. 19 for transaction sides and No. 19 for agent count. On the Franchise 20 NextHome was ranked No. 18 for transaction sides and No. 19 for agent count.
NextHome ended 2024 with 27,109 transaction sides and 5,106 agents.
