The brokerage is owned by Thiago Nigri, a dedicated real estate professional who is driven to help his clients dreams come true.

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Thiago has vast experience working in a variety of different countries with a diverse clientele. Prior to his career in real estate, Thiago lived in Brazil, Argentina, and Utah, before settling down in Middle Tennessee with his family.
Initially, Thiago charted a path toward a future with corporate America in project management. However, when his Real Estate investor father-in-law introduced him to real estate, Thiago knew he found a career where his talents could make a real impact.

Thiago first dabbled in real estate as an investor before joining a local franchised office. As he shifted his full focus to sales, Thiago’s talent for active listening built a thriving business.
During Thiago’s first few years in real estate, he closed 89 transactions and sold more than $23 million in volume, propelling him to local top-producer status.
A driven person by nature, Thiago always knew he would one day own his own franchise.
“Honestly, from the moment I got my real estate license, I’ve always felt a strong need for growth,” Thiago said.

Thiago is an active member of his community. He serves as a board member for the Coffee County branch of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library – a Tennessee-based book gifting program that mails free books to children from birth until they begin school. He is also an Ambassador for the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, and a youth leader in his church congregation.
Married for nine years, Thiago and his wife Rachel are proud parents to two children: Lili (6) and James (4). They are also dedicated foster parents, and strong advocates for increased participation in fostering. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Thiago brings a rich cultural perspective to everything he does.
When he’s not volunteering or working, Thiago and his family love exploring the world and embarking on adventures across the country, creating lasting memories together.
