Pleasanton, CA — December 31, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Realty Source One, based in Temecula, California. The brokerage represents the 520th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 555 active office locations across the country.
The brokerage will serve clients across southwest Riverside County, including Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, and Lake Elsinore.
NextHome Realty Source One is owned by Nikki Aguirre.
Nikki began her real estate career in 2006 in Torrance, California. After the birth of her first daughter, Nikki was drawn to Murrieta and its family-friendly communities, great schools, and attractive home prices. The family moved to Murrieta in 2007, and ever since Nikki has been helping her clients discover a great lifestyle for their own families.
Nikki worked with various EXIT Realty franchises throughout her early career before opening her own independent brokerage in 2012. As the broker/owner of Epoch Realty Group Corp., Nikki worked tirelessly to provide her clients with exceptional real estate experiences.
“Becoming a broker was the natural next step and gave me the opportunity to help clients in a way that put their needs first and foremost,” Nikki said.
Over the next nine years, her reputation grew, and Nikki knew that it was time to take her business to the next level.
“I wanted to continue to grow,” Nikki said. “I knew the backing of the right franchise could help me do that.”
After researching several franchises, Nikki discovered NextHome.
“We looked at several different companies and nothing seemed to resonate until we found NextHome,” Nikki said. “The core value system was right in line with how we have been running our business for the past 15 years. Today, NextHome Realty Source One is combining Nikki’s record of excellence with NextHome’s back-end support to offer Riverside County a unique approach to real estate.

Outside the office, Nikki is dedicated to serving the veterans in her community through organizations such as Wishes for Warriors and Mission 22. Nikki and her husband, Alex, have been married for 15 years and together they are the parents of three daughters: Talesa (20), Angelica (13), and Gracie (10). Alex is a retired U.S. Marine and holds a real estate license.
The family is also deeply involved in martial arts education. Alex is the former owner of Rise Jujitsu, and the family has a shared passion for creating community around the practice of martial arts.
