NextHome Peaks to Prairie provides professional service to residential clients throughout Montana’s largest city and its surrounding areas including Yellowstone, Carbon, Big Horn, and Stillwater counties.
NextHome Peaks to Prairies is owned by Karen Campbell, a Billings local with a heart for putting people first.
Karen entered real estate following a career in corporate communications training. For many years, Karen traveled across the West helping companies hone their negation, sales, and customer service skills.
Karen became a licensed real estate sales agent in 2010, and obtained her brokers license in 2014. Over the years, Karen has discovered great professional joy in helping families and individuals find their perfect home. For the past four years, Karen has been a part of NextHome as an agent and broker associate. With a longstanding appreciation for NextHome’s business philosophy, Karen was thrilled to have an opportunity to come into ownership and open her own brokerage.

As her business grows, Karen remains passionate about serving with her local real estate association. Karen is the current Director for the Billings Association of REALTORS®. She also serves on the board’s education committee.
Karen is married and is the mother of two children. When her husband told her he was initially from Montana, Karen knew right away that he was the one.
“Growing up, visiting the National Parks and living in Jackson Hole, eventually living in Montana was my dream,” Karen said. “I have been here for 40 years now and raised two wonderful children here. It always feels so good to fly into that airport in Billings and know that I am home.”
