Located in the northeast part of the state, Naperville is a thriving suburb of almost 150,000 people about 30 miles west of Chicago.
NextHome Reach Your Dream is owned by Daniel Galvan, a REALTOR® dedicated to helping clients discover their dream home. Daniel offers Spanish-speaking clients bilingual service in addition to helping all types of residential buyers and sellers discover the joy of home buying.
Prior to real estate, Daniel worked in lending. He transitioned into real estate sales in 2015 and obtained his broker’s license in 2018.
“I am very proud of how I’ve been able to help friends and families achieve homeownership,” Daniel said. “It is truly a blessing seeing how buying a home can positively impact someone’s life.”
As his career progressed, Daniel knew that he wanted to be his own boss. When considering how best to achieve this personal dream, Daniel reached out to a professional acquaintance, Armando Acosta, owner of NextHome Acosta in Aurora, Illinois.
“I asked him if he thought the partnership with NextHome was worth it and his response was really positive,” Daniel said. “We talked about costs, technology, and in the end, he said he was really happy with NextHome.”
After connecting with a sales representative from NextHome corporate and attending the company’s annual conference, Daniel quickly learned that NextHome was also the right fit for him.
“I went to the conference, and I was really happy with what I saw there,” Daniel said. “After spending time with like-minded people, I knew that this was a good fit for me.”
Daniel was also impressed with NextHome’s well-integrated technology.

For Daniel, real estate is more than a transaction.
“Buying a home is a life event that means a lot to people personally,” Daniel said. “It’s something people are proud of, and I am privileged to be a part of that process.”
Outside the office, Daniel is using his passion for drafting and home design to pursue a degree in construction management. He is also an avid runner. Each year in anticipation of running the Chicago Marathon, Daniel uses sponsorship pledges to raise money for an organization that provides clean drinking water for communities around the world.
