The brokerage will serve residential clients throughout Hialeah, Kendall, Homestead, and the remainder of Miami-Dade County.
NextHome Real Estate Global Services is owned by entrepreneur Yanepsy Santos who entered real estate following a career in the medical industry. After building her own thriving portfolio of personal investment properties, Yanepsy opened her own independent brokerage. Since 2018, Real Estate Global Services has helped many buyers and sellers achieve home ownership.
In addition to her real estate experience, Yanepsy is an experienced small business owner and entrepreneur. Some of her other businesses include an assistance program for senior citizens, several commercial offices, and a medical clinic.
“I want to use my success as an entrepreneur to teach and inspire other women,” Yanepsy said. “I hope that people in my community know that they can achieve anything with hard work and determination.”
Yanepsy’s unparalleled work ethic and determination served her well after immigrating to the United States from Cuba. In 1994, she spent three days in a boat, pregnant with her only daughter. After reaching shore, she gave birth to her daughter in Guantanamo Bay. As she built a new life in Florida, Yanepsy worked tirelessly to build several successful companies and in the process, she created a better life for her family and community.
“Thirty-eight years later, here I am,” Yanepsy said. “I want to teach all our daughters that they can do whatever they set their minds to.”
Looking to the future, Yanepsy wanted to use her experience to help budding REALTORS® achieve their professional goals. In order to do this, she knew that she needed the support of an outstanding franchise. Then, Yanepsy discovered NextHome through a friend.
