Located just an hour inland from Savannah, NextHome Lanier & Co. offers expertise in commercial, investment, farm, land, agricultural, first-time homebuyer, and all other types of residential real estate. The brokerage will serve clients throughout Bulloch, Candler, Tattnall, Emanuel, and Evans counties.
The brokerage is owned by Jason Lanier, a Bulloch County native with a remarkable background in finance, negotiation, and residential and agricultural sales.
Jason started real estate sales in 2014 after a long career as a banking executive. For the past seven years, Jason has worked with local real estate veteran, Todd Manack, at Manack Signature Properties in Statesboro.
“Todd was a 99% commercial agent and he needed someone to help with residential and agricultural sales,” Jason said. “I’ve met a lot of great clients and feel like I’ve done a lot of people a lot of good. That is the best part of my job.”
Throughout the years, the partnership thrived and Jason was able to nurture his talent for helping families achieve their unique home buying dreams.
In early 2022 Jason decided it was time to take the next step and open his own brokerage firm.

Jason and his wife, Lea, will celebrate 20 years of marriage in August. Together, they are the proud parents of Hudson (17) and Henry (13) and the owners of two dogs Harper and Holly. The family can often be found cheering on their boys at the tennis court or the baseball field.
