NextHome Pinnacle is owned by Yousif Alchalabi, an accomplished REALTOR® and construction industry professional.
Since 2012, Yousif has been working the specialized construction trades, working on single-family and multi-family residential construction. He obtained his real estate sales license in 2016, joining a Sothebys office. After gaining more experience with Real Broker, Yousif opened his own independent firm.
For the next several years Yousif’s brokerage, Avrio Real Estate, provided clients an exceptional level of care they couldn’t find anywhere else. Within a year and half, Yousif grew the brokerage to six quality associates.
Eventually, Yousif wanted to provide his associates with the next level in industry-leading tools and support, and that’s how he discovered NextHome.
“I was having a hard time finding a cost-effective way to offer my associates all the tools and support they wanted,” Yousif said. “I started researching franchises that offered tech and data-driven solutions. Outside the office, Yousif enjoys home DIY projects, playing soccer with friends, and ski trips to Colorado. He and his wife Amnah have been married for four years and they are the proud parents of a one-year-old son.
