NextHome NTX Real Estate is owned by Graham Stiles, an accomplished industry professional with more than 22 years of experience in Texas real estate.
Graham began his real estate sales career in 1999, joining a sales team while still attending Texas A&M University. After obtaining a degree in Professional Leadership Development, Graham worked as a real estate consultant before joining a RE/MAX franchise in Fort Worth. He offers extensive expertise in commercial sales and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member through the National Association of REALTORS®.
Throughout his career, Graham became a talented leader, briefly opening his own brokerage as well as helping other associates achieve their career goals.
After forming The Stiles Group in 2009, Graham has consistently led multimillion-dollar producers. With remarkable production numbers, The Stiles Group has remained in the top three percent of NAR members nationwide for the past five years. Graham’s client-centered service has built a business that is more than 65 percent return or referral clients.
However, Graham’s greatest pride rests in his team.
“These people have been with me for five years, others for 10 years,” Graham said. “Seeing them reach their sales goals and achieve six-figure salaries is something that I’m truly proud to be a part of.”
As his career evolved, Graham knew that he eventually wanted to open a NextHome franchise.
“I have watched the brand for years,” Graham said. “I’ve watched friends in Arkansas open their NextHome franchise, and I’ve seen how happy they have been with that decision.”
In 2022, Graham knew it was the right time to finally make the leap to NextHome.
“Once I started conversations with NextHome corporate representatives, everything made sense,” Graham said. “NextHome’s marketing, image, advertising, and client-centered focus aligned with exactly what I wanted. I knew this is where our clients and customers needed to be.”
Today, NextHome NTX Real Estate clients have access to industry-leading resources that are focused on the client’s needs.
“One thing that I love about NextHome is that the company invests its money and resources into marketing that focuses attention on the client’s asset,” Graham said. “Advertising is directed online, and in the spaces where it needs to be to get the client the best exposure. There is not that sense of corporate self-aggrandizement, but rather a real sense that NextHome always puts the client’s needs front and center.”

A Fort Worth resident for the past 20 years, Graham currently serves on the Texas Realtors Commercial Advisory Committee. He is also the Past Chairman of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors Society of Commercial Realtors.
