Pleasanton, CA — March 10, 2023 — NextHome is proud to announce the expansion of NextHome Unlimited’s forth office in Salina, Kansas. The brokerage continues with the growth of NextHome franchise that currently has 610 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Unlimited (Salina) builds on the success of NextHome Unlimited’s three additional offices in Manhattan, Junction City, and Abilene, Kansas. With this new addition, a team of more than 30 agents will offer exceptional sales experiences throughout the Interstate-70 corridor and the State of Kansas.
Steven L. Burch and Ryan Garrison are the owners of NextHome Unlimited. While Steven serves as the Broker of Record, Ryan has taken on the position of the Managing Broker.
Both Ryan and Steven are accomplished real estate professionals who enjoy helping other talented agents build their own success.

In an effort to provide clients with the best representation possible and provide their agents with the best support as possible, NextHome Unlimited employs a Director of Operations, a Marketing Coordinator, a Director of Member Relations, Transaction Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and a Property Manager. With the growth of the company, they are also expanding their leadership team with four Market Managers one for each of their office locations.

Since opening their first NextHome franchise, Steven and Ryan have deepened their dedication to the Humans Over Houses way of doing real estate and running the company.
In August 2016, Steven and his grandmother, Shelia Burdett, converted their independent brokerage (Sheila M. Burdett Agency) to the first NextHome office in the State of Kansas. Shelia remains an active associate with NextHome Unlimited, offering remarkable perspectives and area insights. Ryan joined the brokerage in 2016 as a sales representative and was a huge driving factor of their continued success.
“Since joining the NextHome franchise, we have seen amazing year over year growth,” Steven said.
NextHome Unlimited grew soon after with additional offices in Abilene and Manhattan. With each addition, Steven and Ryan remain dedicated to nurturing agent talent in a supportive environment.
