Pleasanton, CA — July 1, 2023 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Clinch Valley, located in Clinton, Tennessee. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 615 active office locations across the country.
Conveniently located at 338 Market Street in Clinton, NextHome Clinch Valley serves clients throughout Anderson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Blount, Sevier, Campbell, and Scott counties.
NextHome Clinch Valley is owned by Tennessee natives Amie Dodson and Linda Leon. With a focus on ethics and integrity, Amie and Linda hope to elevate the standard for real estate service throughout the region.
As co-owners, Amie will serve as Broker/President and Linda will serve as Vice President.
Linda began her real estate career as an administrative assistant before obtaining her sales license in 2020.
“She is dedicated to treating people well, and navigating each transaction with a sense of integrity and client-centered service,” Amie said. “Linda and I are very similar in our beliefs and approaches to real estate.”
Amie embarked on her own real estate career in 2016. Prior to becoming licensed, Amie was able to build a solid foundation as a transaction coordinator.
That foundation allowed Amie to hit the ground running, and she achieved a high watermark of $10.2 million in sales volume her second year. This achievement is even more remarkable in a market where the average sales price hovered around $243,000.
Amie’s friendly, down-to-earth style built a thriving business and she quickly became one of the top-producing agents at her brokerage.
Linda and Amie first met through their church, but their shared interest in ethical, integrity-driven real estate prompted the pair to talk about opening their own brokerage.
“I was Googling franchises and NextHome kept popping up,” Amie said. “I knew the brand sounded familiar, and it occurred to me that a friend in Virginia owned a NextHome franchise. We connected and spent more than an hour talking about what NextHome had to offer. By the time we were done, I was impressed and knew I needed to learn more.”
NextHome’s Humans Over Houses tagline caught Amie’s attention.
“That is exactly the way we want to operate our business,” Amie said. “When I presented that tagline to Linda, she was immediately on board.”
Today, NextHome Clinch Valley is offering an elevated standard of care for local buyers and sellers.
“We are dedicated to treating people with respect, operating with honesty, and working our hardest to find our clients what they are looking for,” Amie said.
Both Amie and Linda are dedicated to their faith, their families, and their community.
Linda actively serves her community through her church. Prior to working in real estate, Amie worked in the non-profit sector with World Help, serving the physical and spiritual needs of people in impoverished communities around the world.
Amie and her husband Nick have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of a 10-year-old daughter, Katie Ann.
Together, the family enjoys cheering on Katie Ann at her gymnastics competitions, boating, tubing, and enjoying life on the river. They are also the proud owners of two adorable doggies: Hank and Rosie.
Linda and her husband will celebrate 35 years of marriage this October and they enjoy singing in the church choir and spending time with their son, Camden, who just graduated from high school. Their family also loves animals and has a lab mix named Maggie.
