This office builds on the success of NextHome The Agency Group’s Summerville and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina offices.
Under the leadership of Forrest Odend’hal and Lonnie Plaster, NextHome The Agency Group (Manassas) is elevating real estate for the entire region. Forrest will serve as the office’s Managing Broker.

Under Forrest’s experienced leadership, the brokerage will be implementing a Customer-Company-Agent structure. Forrest and Lonnie hope to elevate the agent and client experience by focusing on the partnership between the brokerage and the agent.
Through an expanded level of support, NextHome The Agency Group associates will be empowered to focus on their clients needs while the back office busy work is handled for them.

Under Forrest’s model, NextHome The Agency Group (Manassas) directly manages the customer relationship through a Customer Satisfaction Manager (CSM) who coordinates the real estate process, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and service across all transactions.
The agent’s role is minimized to specific tasks where their expertise is necessary, while the company handles most customer interactions and support activities. The goal is to create a consistent, reliable customer experience that fosters brand loyalty and increases company profitability.
“We can’t wait to show the Manassas area how exceptional real estate experiences happen,” Forrest said.
Forrest has been a real estate professional since 1990. As a Virginia native, he has watched the area grow and evolve.
Forrest’s talents for developing streamlined systems led to numerous leadership roles. He has been managing broker for multiple Long & Foster offices in the Virginia area in addition to being a senior vice president.
In 1999, Forrest and Lonnie launched their own independent brokerage and achieved phenomenal success.
Following numerous industry awards and accolades, Forrest considered how he could continue to elevate real estate in his home state.
When Lonnie introduced him to NextHome, Forrest knew he had discovered the perfect franchise fit.
