NextHome Beach to Bay is owned by Julie Willett and Enya Overholser – a powerhouse duo that is driven to elevate the buying and selling experience. Julie will be the office’s Broker in Charge, while Enya will focus her talents on agent development.
A lifetime local, Enya began her real estate career in 2015.
“What I love about real estate is the chance to truly help people, getting them the best deal possible and negotiating on their behalf,” Enya said. “It’s rewarding to know I’m helping shape someone’s future in a meaningful way. Enya’s exceptional customer service quickly propelled her to the top tiers of real estate production in her community. Since starting her real estate career, Enya has consistently been a top producer – achieving a $25 million annual sales volume in an area where the average home price hovers around $500,000.
Enya has worked with both boutique and nationally franchised brokerages, gaining vast experience that she uses to elevate each client’s experience.

Julie built a thriving career in luxury retail sales before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2016. She has lived in the Venice Beach area for almost 28 years.
“What inspired me to start in real estate is my firm belief that homeownership is one of the most critical keys to a person’s financial freedom and future,” Julie said. “These transactions, at every phase of life, are incredibly meaningful, and I take a lot of pride in guiding clients, hand in hand, through pivotal moments in their lives.”
After becoming licensed in real estate, Julie quickly built a reputation for excellent customer service.
