James Dwiggins, Jim Fischetti, Keith Robinson, Tei Baishiki, and Charis Moreno once again join a dynamic group of key influencers making headlines as a result of their newsworthy contributions to the real estate industry, and their efforts to positively affect the consumers and communities they serve.
2025 marks the fourth consecutive year that NextHome’s senior leadership has been named to the RISMedia Newsmakers list.

RISMedia’s 2025 Real Estate Newsmakers were nominated by RISMedia’s readers and editorial team for their headline-making accomplishments in 2024. The eighth annual class of Newsmakers are showcased in the following categories: Influencers, Trailblazers, Futurists, Achievers, Crusaders and Luminaries, in addition to RISMedia’s annual Hall of Fame inductees.
NextHome CEO, James Dwiggins was recognized as a Futurist–a forward-thinker who is working to advance the conversation in an ever-changing real estate landscape. Futurists are applauded for helping real estate professionals and the consumers they serve achieve greater success.
Jim Fischetti, NextHome’s Vice President of Learning and Development, is among this year’s Luminaries–an exclusive group of iconic leaders who have dedicated their lives to the betterment of their companies, agents, consumers, and the industry at large.
Keith Robinson, NextHome’s Chief Strategy Officer, was named a RISMedia Influencer–someone who inspires industry evolution through new perspectives and guidance.
Tei Baishiki, NextHome’s Chief Operating Officer, and Charis Moreno, NextHome’s Vice President of Sales, were recognized as Crusaders–champions of a better way, with a passion for a cause greater than themselves.
