Wendy took care of everything. The house moved fast. She provided good advice on preparing the house for sale. All we had to was show up and sign.

Wendy went the extra mile for me! She took excellent photos of the property and even had showings scheduled before it hit the MLS! She even met the cleaners after I vacated the home to allow them to clean the home before the new occupants arrived. Our
situation was complicated by the fact that the property was owned by a family trust, and required more signatures than normal. I will recommend her with the utmost confidence that you will be well served!
