Joi has supported us on several housing adventures all of which were successful! She listens to every detail no matter how small about what you desire in a home and she finds homes that match what you are looking for. Joi has also sold several homes for us and a dock without a home on the dock property . Selling a dock without a home or property to build a home is a challenging endeavor but Joi took on the challenge and successfully sold our dock! We are currently working with Joi on another adventure this time to purchase a lake front home. Once again, we are having a great time working with Joi!
