Yvette was a God send to us. Her and I started our journey 2 years ago. I had been trying to sell my house to be able to relocate to another state. She gave me lots of ideas on how to ready my house to show and it took me 2 years and when I was ready,
she was there for us. She showed up, walked around the house and property, and got busy with what she does best. She listed my house and set up many, many appointments and had my house sold in 5 days. She was patient with me (because I'm old) and so kind and

I am the executor of a large estate that had a property located in Middletown. We were lucky enough to meet Yvette thru a referral. The property was very large and very unique, 35 acres, 3 properties covering 2 different counties. The property was part
of a probate sale.. Yvette showed the property, kept us updated daily, kept tabs on the property as we are in Southern California, went over and above anything we could ever imagine a realtor doing for us. She worked diligently with our attorneys on the probate

After building and owning our house in Hidden Valley Lake, California for 12 years, we made a choice to move out of California and were looking for a real estate broker who could recognize a unique house, so it could be marketed to the right type of buyer
in an efficient manner. Yvette Sloan was that person! She is creative, inventive and thorough! No joke. In addition, Yvette has a bubbly personality and is a delight to work with, so we never felt we were bothering her with this or that question. When it came
to inspections and appraisals, Yvette recognized that our house didn't fit the "profile" for many/most houses in HVL. It was unique. Consequently, she encouraged the appraiser to look elsewhere in Lake County to find comparable houses. As a result, our house
was appraised much more realistically than it would have been, if the appraiser didn't use other, more upscale Lake County locales.
Because of all these qualities, our house was in escrow in 3 days from listing and the sale was closed in 6 weeks from going on the market.
