This is my first time navigating the real estate market and I was taken away with the experience I had with Jeff! He was able to guide me through each step, break down terminology I wasn't familiar with, and truly help find the right home for me. I liked

Jeff has sold three properties for my husband and me but none like our last. Jeff suggested an asking price higher than we thought we could get and we had offers even higher than that. Unfortunately, three days before escrow was to close, funding for the
buyer fell through because our HOA (it was a townhome) filed a law suit against the builder. Jeff contacted other lenders but no bank would fund. We considered renting the property since we had already purchased another home and were living in it but neither
of us wanted to be landlords. We finally decided to lower the price and list as cash only. The property sold within a couple of days and closed in a month. We actually raised the amount of the commission because Jeff had worked so hard for us. I would recommend
him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. And yes, we got more for our two other properties than we asked

We first met Jeff at his open house about a year before we purchased our home. He explained his Hero program and how it helps buyers with closing costs, which would be something that we could take advantage of. We kept his card and contacted him when we

Jeff helped us buy our first home in Corona, CA. We met Jeff by chance at an open house and as soon as we began talking to him, we could tell that he was the type of agent we wanted to work with. He was energetic, attentive, open-minded and always helpful.
Although we worked full-time, Jeff was always open to meeting with us after work hours so we could so potential homes. He showed us many homes in the area before we found the one that we were certain about. He walked us through the entire process and remained
an advocate for us from submitting the offer to closing of escrow. He continued to be helpful even after close of escrow. For example, realizing that we were not going to move in to the new house for almost a month and that we lived in a different city, he
graciously offered to drop by the house and turn on the sprinklers for us so the grass wouldn't die by the time we moved in. This just showed to us the type of person and agent he was - willing to help even after close of escrow. We would wholeheartedly recommend

We randomly met Jeff at an Open House he was doing, we talked for about half hour exchanged contact information. We told him what we were looking for and gave him a general area that we wanted to focus on. That same night he emailed us with a dozen listings
in the area. For the nest couple of weeks we looked at a handfull of homes and found a home that felt comfortable in putting an offer for. The whole negotiation process only took a couple of days and our offer was accepted. 30 days later we closed the deal
on the house and received the keys. The process was went smoothly and with only a few small hickups. Jeff had very insightful knowledge of the Corona. He was always very helpful and very prompt on all his responses. We will definitely be seeking his help in
the future and we also recommend him to all our friends and family that are looking to buy a home. Over all very satisfied with the whole process.
