For the past 35 years, my primary focus has been on real estate sales throughout the varied landscapes of Western Colorado. I have extensive experience in navigating these markets, from resort properties in Telluride to commercial and ranch sales in Delta County, and currently, residential and golf course properties in the Montrose region. Over the course of my career, I have also owned and managed businesses and brokerages, and have taken on roles as an equine professional and ranch manager.

Originally from Upstate NY, I pursued Engineering at RIT before embarking on a 17-year career at Xerox Corporation, which included 9 years in Southern California. In 1988, I made the pivotal decision to "escape" and relocated to Telluride to work at the ski area, where I have soon after established myself in the real estate industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy a range of outdoor activities such as skiing, fly fishing, biking, hiking, and camping, often accompanied by my wife of 33 years, Kay Magruder.
