With over a decade of dedicated service within the real estate industry, my journey began with NextHome Beach Time Realty’s property management division. A pivotal moment in my career transpired when I successfully executed my first sale with an investor while the Lead Agent was overseas – a defining milestone in my professional trajectory. I am now a seasoned real estate professional catering to clients nationwide, specializing in luxury and investment properties. As the Team Leader/Mentor of the Annie Fleeting Sales Team and a Property Management Consultant, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
I hold prestigious designations, including membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Million Dollar Guild, RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and CLHMS™ (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). Originally from Indiana, where hard work is a way of life, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management from Ball State University while working as the Senior Property Manager with NextHome Beach Time Realty. My background in managing family-owned businesses, including a restaurant and music venue, equipped me with exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic. These qualities, combined with my experience in property management enterprises, have been instrumental in managing a portfolio of vacation rental properties and leading a successful sales team.

Born and raised in a small Indiana town. I have spent the last 8 years at the beach.
What do you like to do when you’re not selling real estate?
I have an enormous passion for traveling, I love seeing new places and people for the first time.

My neighborhood has a terrific location, only blocks to the beach, but surrounded by water.

My daddy will forever be my hero; his work ethic, love for his family and fellow man was remarkable.

We were looking for a house to move from KC to St Petes area, we were scheduled to see a few houses 2 days before we had to leave the realtor we were scheduled to with sent me a text and dropped us before we could even see a house - I immediately called
Danyell she called me back and within a day we had several houses scheduled to see - she was great she emailed me several houses and I picked out some she became familiar with what we liked and looked at 6 houses - she is very professional, friendly and knows
the Tampa area very well - we put in an offer before had to leave on Friday and by Saturday with her wonderful help our offer was accepted - we closed several weeks later and thanks to her wonderful help we now own a house in St Petersburg and can now finally
be one step closer to retirement - thanks to her immediate response to help us out with only a few days left in the area we found the house of dreams - he has been so helpful in helping us set things up while we still run our business in KC - we never would

Danielle was great. From the first time I looked at the property till now she was always helpful and no matter how many questions I had she went the extra mile to get me the answers I needed. I came back to New Jersey shortly after making an offer and
was worried things would not go smoothly without me there but she made sure everything was ok. She even did the final walk through to be sure all was ok. I would certainly use her again

I was so fortunate to meet Danyell at an open house and be able to subsequently work with her. She made my purchase of a St Pete Beach condo as easy as possible. She was quick with answers to my questions -- even when she was technically off work with

Danyell is one of the best property managers I have ever had. After 35 years of owning rental properties it has been my experience that there are not many in this field who live up to my standards! Danyell is one of those few who handle my properties the
way I would myself. She is a real go-getter and deals with any problems that come up with speed and competency. She has very good decision making skills and also has great social skills in dealing with all of our clients. I'm looking forward to working with
