A native of China, Lisa Maddux has over 17 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate in the United States and China.  Lisa graduated from the prestigious Beijing University with a Master’s Degree in Communication. Interest in international business and travel, lead her to pursue yet another degree from the renowned Warwick University in England, where she earned a Master’s in Business Administration. Armed with a MBA and a Master’s Degree in Communication, each from one of the finest universities in the world, Lisa utilized her fortuitous blend of cultural diversity in concert with her rather unique education to pursue international opportunities with top-notch businesses worldwide. These included mega giants such as Unilever and Walt Disney World. After many years in the corporate world, in 1991 Lisa elected to begin her own company, choosing Miami for her base. Using vertical integration, she created a granite and kitchen cabinetry company that began with her Chinese suppliers and ended with the American installers here in Tampa Bay. In 2008 Lisa gained her General Contractor’s license. Installing new kitchens and baths in new construction for the past many years, only served to enhance Lisa’s love of all things real estate. 

Lisa continues to run her company which has expanded to include installations in some of the finest buildings in the St. Petersburg and Miami areas. Most notably, she was recently awarded the contract for downtown St. Petersburg’s latest jewel, One. At the same time, she has continued to pursue her love of real estate. Originally licensed to sell real estate in Florida in 2008, she only recently joined NextHome Beach Time Realty to expand her real estate dealings, both on the commercial and residential sides. Her diverse set of experiences and her foreign contacts from China to England and beyond, make her an ideal agent for International clients, as well as Sellers looking for an agent who has influence and abilities that allow her to actively pursue Buyers looking to appeal to the foreign markets. Given that China are currently among the largest of the international investors in US properties, Lisa’s fluent Mandarin and very educated skills are a tremendous asset to NextHome Beach Time Realty. Lisa’s colleagues also benefit from her knowledge, as she readily makes herself available to assist whenever needed. Recently Lisa made a video for Chinese website, Juwai.com, which is the #1 Chinese international property portal, with over 2 million Chinese visits each month.
