Sabine was the best realtor we've ever had. She wasn't just helping us buy a house, she helped us find our new home. She was honest and upfront about everything, answered all of our questions. She researched if we stumbled upon something we weren't sure
about. Her patience is amazing with houses flying off of the market and us being a military family doing a virtual house hunt. The care and professionalism with which she treated our family was impecable. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in
a heartbeat.

Sabine was amazing! She provided us with information prior to listing our parents' home. The information we were given was thorough and detailed. We never had to wonder what was going on with the property because Sabine took the time weekly to check on
the house as my sister and I live out of state. We were always in constant contact with her. We felt very comfortable with Sabine. We appreciated her honesty and loved her sense of humor.

It has been a pleasure working with Sabine on finding a house that fit our wants and needs. My wife and I had picked out some houses that we wanted to look at going by what the listings showed in photo's and the write up about them. Only to be disappointed
seeing them in person. Room size and lay outs did not match the listings posted. Sabine asked us what we were looking for in a house to meet our wants and likes. She took us to one a few days later and after walking though it, I said I was done looking. Sabine
said why, I said because its this one or none. She also provided the bank info to get the mortgage loan process moving. She also worked with the sellers agent to make sure any repairs were done to meet VA loan requirements. Sabine also has listed our house

Sabine has been an amazing realtor I went into contract with her before I moved to Germany. Even with the time difference and other logistical problems she went above and beyond to help me sell my house while I’ve been living in Europe.
Sabine is patient and kind and goes above and beyond what she has to do to help someone. I'm a first time home buyer, so I basically knew nothing about the whole house-buying process. Unfortunately for me, things didn't go smoothly for the most part, and
Sabine helped me get through it and contacted people when there were problems among other things. I'm not sure how long she's been in the realty business, but she's knowledgeable and has good insights. I already recommended her to one or two people when I
