We had kind of a rough go of it as far as the market is concerned and had a few issues with people who are contracted to repair things or to inspect things on the home but overall Victoria did a great job of tying up the loose ends and dealing with stubborn
contractors. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends looking for an agent in the area.

Victoria was amazing from start to finish! My wife and I were in kind of a rush to move to Junction City from Virginia so that we could get the kids started in school on time. This is our second house, and I handled most of the leg work on the first house,
so my wife did the majority this time. Victoria made it a very seamless and easy process. Even gave us a video tour of the home as we were not able to come see in person. She made sure that all of the repairs requested were made in a timely manner and that
we closed on time with no hiccups. She even left us a beautiful gift on the mantle in our living room to welcome us to our new home. 10/10 A+ experience!!

Being a first time homebuyer in of itself is intimidating. Adding buying a home while stationed in another country in the midst of Covid, well that adds an entire new level of fears and worries. When we decided to choose Victoria Burland as our realtor

repairs/general upkeep after our tenants moved out, Victoria would go over and check on the house, clean, etc to make sure it looked fantastic. She went above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. Our house was listed for sale during the height of COVID

Victoria stepped in and took over my listing when another agent deployed, I wasn't sure since change is not always for the best but she proved that wrong! Right from the start Victoria was hands on with everything, updating the listing, contacting other
agents, having open houses, etc. She was always willing to talk with me about the process and helped me make decisions about price and other details of the property when I needed advice. Victoria would even help me with getting my dogs out during showings
if I could not get off work. I could not have asked for a kinder or more generous realtor. When an offer was put in she was on the phone with me immediately and answered all of my texts and other calls when I was unsure or just nervous. And to top everything
