From our first meeting until our closing appointment Collette far exceeded our hopes and expectations in the process of buying our first home. At our first touchpoint she gave insightful information we were missing in our time scrolling Redfin/Zillow. During home tours Collette pointed out things we would have never known to inspect for (such as subtle red flags or well done home updates vs. not so well done). When we decided to make an offer on a home, Collette let us lead the way with what we were comfortable offering and gave great advice without pressure on what the final price would probably be.
