About Andy  

Andy Hartley is proud to be a native of Bangor, ME.  He attended the Bangor School System and continued his education at the University of Maine in Orono.  While still in high school, he began working in the family construction business.  This is where he remained for almost three decades and, after gaining the necessary experience, became President and Co-Owner.  Through the duration of that career, Andy had the distinct privilege of gaining a multitude of new friends as he honed his interpersonal skills.  A sharp focus on all levels of customer attention proved to be of the utmost importance.  Communication and attention to details, both small and large, are also paramount for a successful business transaction.  When it was time for a career change, real estate proved to be the perfect union between his interests and experience.

Commitment is ingrained into the Hartley’s family values.  As Andy was a longtime part of a great team, so has his wife Ronda, who’s been employed with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. for over 25 years.  Their 28 year marriage has blessed them with two outstanding sons.  Josiah, who is a recent graduate of Husson University with a Business Degree, is pursuing his passion of fitness as a personal trainer.  Mason is a graduate or  Bangor High School and is now furthering his education through Husson University’s School of Psychology.  Finishing out their family unit is a French bulldog named Mojo and a black lab named Brooklyn. 

 This level of commitment is what Andy is willing to extend to any past, present, and future clients.
