I was born and raised in Brewer Maine. I loved Brewer so much, that I still live here and my husband and I raise our four kids here. I absolutely love the community and all Brewer has to offer. I attended the University of Maine Orono, where I received my undergraduate degree in psychology and child development. I then earned a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education. For 13 years I was a high school counselor. I absolutely loved the students that I had the pleasure of working with. I decided to change careers because I have always loved real estate and I could incorporate my passion for helping people. I am honored to be an associate broker with Nexthome Experience. My fellow agents and their passion for people and real estate is unparalled. We are a team and we support each other. I pride myself in being assessable, knowledgeable and hardworking. I believe in strong relationships with my clients and my fellow agents. I feel success when my clients feel success. I truly feel blessed to have found a career that I love so much. In my spare time, I like to be with my family and our 2 dogs and 5 cats. We love to travel to new places and experience new things. Erika has been amazing to work with through the entire process of selling our home and buying a new one. It is so great to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable to help us with what would have otherwise been an overwhelming and stressful process.

Erika was a pleasure to work with is the estate sale. She was very engaged in the whole process with making the sale of the property go as smoothly as possible with all the unexpectedly surprises that popped up. If you are looking for someone that is motivated
and willing to ensure you as the buyer is taken care of, I highly recommend choosing Erika.
My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and knew very little about the home buying process. Erika answered all of our questions and taught us everything we needed to know. She was always available and went above and beyond every step of the
way. We began looking in September 2023 and didn’t find our perfect home until May 2024. She showed us numerous houses during this time frame and at no point did Erika make us feel rushed or pressured us in anyway. She waited until we found the perfect house
and then she took it from there. Expectedly, there were a few bumps along the home buying journey but Erik handled everything perfectly. She went to bat for us when needed. She answered every question and provided us the guidance we needed. Erika truly cares
about her clients and does everything necessary to get the home of their dreams. If anyone is looking to buy a home we would HIGHLY recommend working with Erika.

Erika is phenomenal!!! If you're looking for a realtor that will meet all your needs and go above and beyond, she is your girl! She goes above and beyond being a realtor from helping you move, cleaning up, (and maybe even babysitting your animals... hahaha).
