My husband and I met Laura when we were walking through an open-house that she was having for her client. She was so warm, welcoming, personable, professional and just seemed on top of things! She gave us the opportunity to leave our contact information and email, which we did. That house wasn’t for us and we were passively looking for a new home at that time but hadn’t quite committed to it yet. I received an email from Laura asking for feedback on the home we viewed and I think she sent a subsequent one just to check in. At that time we did have a friend who was a realtor but lived away and were so impressed with Laura that we started reaching out to her to help us view houses that came on the market. This was during a time where houses weren’t lasting long on the market and she was incredibly responsive to us - we always felt that she was prioritizing us and working around OUR crazy schedule and never felt that we had to fit into her schedule.

We saw a lot of houses - she was never pushy, always offered to get more information from the listing agent and just really understood what we were looking for in a home as a family with a dog and two toddlers.

We had pretty specific criteria and she was patient with us. She came with us to view the house we ended up buying several times, reached out to their agent as the price was much higher than we could afford and I think her personality and approach with the listing agent is what helped us get the home we wanted but thought was outside our price range.

She was incredibly reassuring, encouraged us to take our time to think through decisions. She hired a great photographer to take photos of our very first home that we had renovated and put a lot of love, money and energy into (and were so proud of) and the photos really showed it’s true beauty. She got feedback from people who she showed our house to which was reassuring that all our hard work paid off.

It was clear to us that she has a lot of good relationships within the field just in how she communicated with other agents and at our closing because she is just a genuine person and that shows in the work she does as a realtor.

After closing on our new home we walked in to a beautiful basket of little personalized items and thoughtful gifts and each of our kids had a bag with a balloon and some special treats. I had made the comment once to her that I had always wanted a big front porch where I could hang plants in the summer and the house we ended up with has a beautiful front porch and in one of the few towns we wanted to live in - so we ended up right where we needed and wanted to be!

I would recommend Laura to any buyer - the minute you meet her you’ll feel like you’ve known her forever and will be very satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism!

Laura was the absolute best realtor we ever could have hoped for. My husband and I were moving 3 hours away from our current town so we knew it was going to be a struggle. Laura was very helpful in buying a home. When I had first contacted her, I noticed her demeanor seemed much more friendly and congenial than the agent from a different firm I had contacted in the beginning of my search. Very knowledgeable, Laura answered all of the questions I had during the home buying process, including all of the details about the home that interested me. As a result I was able to quickly act and purchase a home that had everything I wanted and at a price I could afford.
