Pam says: I’ve been in sales since I sold my first box of Girl Scout Cookies! As I think back on my career and the wonderful companies I’ve worked for, I decided it was time for a change. Steve was a great agent. He worked hard to help me find the right property, and he was always available and gave great advice and service. Steve made the home-buying process easy.
Pam did a terrific Job holding the sale of my property together. A number of problems surfaced that wasn’t known until we reached the closing which resulted in multiple delays. Since I resided outside the state of Maine, she was pivotal in tackling the
issues. With her knowledge as a realtor, professionalism, and attention to detail, we were able to bring the process to a close. For that, I want to thank the group and do recommend their services!
Steve helped us purchase our new home two years ago and was fantastic! So much so that when it came time to sell, we hired him again. He answers all questions quickly and pretty close to 24/7 (seriously he may never sleep). He never makes you feel foolish
for asking a question and goes out of his way to be available around your schedule. He makes you feel like you're his top priority the entire time you're working with him, even when he's juggling multiple clients. Would 100% work with Steve again.

Steve is a great real estate agent to work with! He helped us find and buy a home in the price range that we had to work with. We started looking for home at the beginning of July when we contacted Steve. He got us in to look at a couple of homes that
we though we were interested in. He helped us submit an offer for the home we wanted, then helped with everything we needed to do to complete the buy. It took less then 6 weeks to close.

My realtor Pam was quite knowledgeable of the the whole process involved and I was always able to get in touch with her whenever I had a question.
