Hi, I’m Yates Murphy, your local real estate professional with NextHome Experience. 

My passion for real estate began 9 years ago when I assisted in the development and renovation of luxury multi unit properties in downtown Bangor. Since then, I have actively managed properties for investors in the greater Bangor area. 

I am fortunate to work alongside some of the top real estate professionals in the nation, and strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction available. 

When I’m not practicing real estate, I work as a full time personal trainer and coach at LA Training. If I’m not working, you might find me lifting weights, playing soccer, or catching a sporting event with my family and friends.
