As a child I was always interested in historical homes and was absolutely fascinated with how generations past had lived. It was crazy to me that those houses were built with out any modern conveniences, and everything was done on site by hand. As I got older I had the opportunity to see my grandparents build their home, and that nudged me in the direction of real estate. For the past nine years I’ve been engulfed with every aspect of housing and couldn’t see myself doing anything else. I really enjoy helping people find a home of their own, and building those relationships. It’s been one of the best ventures of my life getting to build a business while impacting so many lives.
In addition to working with so many great individuals, I’ve had the opportunity to work along side my wife, Breonna. We’re a great team and enjoy working hand in hand to bring our clients the best possible experience.

work with he helped me with getting the bug guy out to spray the yard and the guy for the house inspection and how many realtors will go to your house and mows the yard and it was a large yard that took a few hours to do I’m sure you will not find a better

Our realtor in Orlando set us up with Michael, it was a perfect fit since our very first conversation. We spoke several times prior to our first meeting, he set up several homes for us to see on our trip. He said he would go to as many homes as possible.

Michael Heifner from NextHome was amazing. He was easy to work with and went above and beyond to get the house sold. He helped with the issues we had to fix to get the FHA loan to go through and spent time to fix things himself. We live in Iowa and he

I don’t really know where to start! My husband and I were so apprehensive in purchasing land in fear of not knowing the process. Michael took us step by step and always answered any questions promptly and with care. He took care of all the behind the scenes
stuff such as finding us a real estate lawyer, communicating with our lender, the title company and our surveyor. We could not have made this purchase without his help! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we can’t wait to work with you guys again in

Michael really helped us find houses, he was constantly sending different options my way. I was also very thankful of how flexible he made his schedule so that he could make time for us especially with him already being super busy.

Michael did a fantastic job all the way around- from prompt communication to handling all of our questions and he always has a smile on his face while doing so. We have purchased and sold a home with Michael and hands down I would not recommend anyone
else to work with. We “jokingly” asked if he’d be interested in getting his license in the state that we will be moving to just so we can work with him on the purchase of our home there as well! Michaels patience and personality most definitely set him apart
from every other agent out there! He loves his job, but the job is just a bonus- he has a passion for helping people and seeing their dreams come true.

Michael was amazing, every aspect of this process he was a very responsible, kind young man. He went above and beyond, he came to me when I was unable to meet him. He walked me through when i wanted to get nervous he calmed me, most importantly he prayed
with me.
Michael held our hand through the whole home buying process. He was very patient with my husband and I. Any questions or concerns we had he assisted us immediately. I highly recommend using him as your real estate agent!
