It is so obvious he loves his job. He promised my husband and I he would sell the property in a week and he did just that. I was referred to Chris by a neighbor who also sold his home using his services. Chris did an awesome job in helping me with the sale of my townhome in Freehold.
I had been working with another realtor who was very helpful in providing preliminary advice but couldn't nail down a firm asking price. At our first meeting, Chris came armed with a full set of statistics and reports showing the comparison of my home and other sales in the area, various pricing structures, and how and why we priced my home the amount we did. It was that level of detail which earned him my business. After the initial offer agreement, he recommended a great lawyer who did a fantastic job facilitating the closing.
