Melissa Brooks combines her real estate experience with the construction industry and background in finance. A graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics she went on to obtain her Masters in Finance. Starting in banking and then moved to a Fortune 500 Company, Rhone Poulenc, as a Senior Financial Analyst for several years. She supported her high level contacts in the U.S. and France being called upon to make sure the team reported timely and met their deadlines. As the challenges of starting her family and commuting became greater she was entrusted with the opportunity to continue working to complete extensive content sensitive  government reports remotely for the parent and subsidiary companies. Continuing in a remote  capacity she began adding assistance at her husband’s family owned construction company. Working both in large industry and small business she was able to better understand the micro and macro aspects of running a business and servicing customers. Adding real estate was a logical next step to tie in construction and booming market conditions. Getting her feet wet as a referral agent she soon changed to a Salesperson as she realized there was a broader market finding personal construction projects as well as opportunities for clients looking to renovate or build a new home for themselves. Uniquely positioned to combine real estate and construction she excels at finding listings for her growing clientele and marketing to clients who may not realize the value and potential of certain listings. This real estate/construction packaging allows her to better assist clients with the work required when evaluating a purchase or considering an offer.
