Bill is great person and his the best for his work.
Bill performed his role in the sale of our business exceptionally. We entered into this arrangement with some reservations as the sale of a grocery store is very difficult and time consuming to find true buyers ready to go. Bill had a couple buyers ready
to go, one backed out so we retooled our strategy and the next group of buyers purchased the site. This sale did not go without issues, they never do, but Bill was on it and very responsive to the buyers needs and the sellers needs. I have no complaints and
I received a very strong selling price. We are very happy with the relationship we have with Bill and will use him again if we decide to sell any of our other sites.
