We started our home buying journey with two very different types of homes/communities in mind. He was patient, found good options, and identified professional resources to talk through design ideas with. Mark was also our selling agent. He responded to offers and submitted our offers quickly. He negotiated shrewdly on our behalf (we very much appreciated this, because he didn't waste time going back and forth for weeks on end), and ensured both of our deals put us in the best possible position. We highly recommend Mark as both a buying and selling agent.

Mark did a great job helping my family sell our house. Mark provider recommendation to get it ready for the open house. His photographer did a great job with the pictures. The house had seven showings, and two solid offers the first day that exceeded our ask, because Mark knew how to draw people in. Mark was very helpful providing contractor recommendations for the few things we needed to address before the closing. Mark was also good communicating and keeping us up to date on the progress of the closing. We closed in just over 45 days.
