Loren Rosenthal, Real Estate Broker and Owner of NextHome Casa Bella Elite, is a real estate industry veteran based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Loren has built a solid foundation of corporate and residential clients through his real estate career.

Loren grew up in Miami, Florida, and started his sales habit at ten, selling anything he could and raising money for Muscular Dystrophy. Loren has continued rising early and has since built a successful career in real estate in the Southwest Florida area. He has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and business owners, in both the residential and commercial markets. Loren epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction.

Loren is a family man devoted to God, his beautiful wife (and business partner) Angela, and his Yorkshire Terrier “Kimmie.” A go-getter by nature, Loren accomplishes whatever he sets his mind to. He loves Stock Car racing and drives whenever he has the opportunity. Loren loves the thrill and excitement of going fast and has won many races/trophies during his racing career.

Another passion Loren has is flying, but not just as a passenger. He enjoys taking to the skies whenever he can. In 2001 Loren set out to train and obtained his private pilot’s license.

Loren is trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Sandler, Gitomer, Ken Blanchard, and Tom Ferry.

Loren will use technology to the fullest extent at the beginning and end of the transaction.
