So you wanna know about Karen Hammonds aye? Well, let's just say she's patient. Like super super patient. She stuck by me through all the ups and downs until I got my new home. Karen started off this transaction with a transparent and "can do" attitude. She told me up front about her history and experiences, particularly in regard to my specific property. That impressed me. She did the most important thing though- She gave me regular updates on my property, regardless of whether I had offer or none. She just made sure I know that she had not abandoned me after signing the listing agreement. She rightfully charges top dollar but she is earning it. That's why she and her team are still working for me now. I strongly recommend her.

Fantastic realtor! Patient because my wife took over a year to find our home. Karen stayed with her and didn't give up. Coached us through finding the home to moving in. Special touch when she presented me a book she made giving directions on operating the thermostat, sprinkler system, and the salt water pool/pump. Taking the time to make that book sold me own her!
