She grew up in the area and was familiar with all the ins and outs of both suburban and country properties in the region. Carol was very impressive in how she arranged for times for multiple showings and stayed in touch with other realtors/ home owners with unexpected time crunches. Very deft! Also it should be noted, as a couple trying to find "just the right property" for our forever home, we were very demanding ... and picky!

Me and my family moved from Texas to the Joplin area. My realtor in Texas found Michelle. I called Michelle and we talked for a bit and within a couple of minutes I knew Michelle was the realtor for me. She got to work on trying to find me and my family
a temporary place to stay. That was two months before we moved to the Joplin Missouri area. Once we got to Missouri, I called Michelle and to her we were here. We started looking for houses and there were problems that came up and thank the Lord we had Michelle.

Michael really helped us find houses, he was constantly sending different options my way. I was also very thankful of how flexible he made his schedule so that he could make time for us especially with him already being super busy.
Carol is amazing, patient, and professional! The sale of our land was fraught with delays and legal issues due to boundary lines being recorded incorrectly in a previous sale. Carol stayed on top of it all even taking calls directly with the land title
insurance lawyers in order to get a resolution. We highly recommend Carol!

These two are awesome! We had some issues with our loan and they worked very hard to help us get things done (even though they did t have to). They were always professional and helpful. Answered all of our questions no matter when we asked.
Honestly, I can't imagine anyone working harder for us than Tanya did. We almost felt bad at times for how available she was and how much work she put into not only helping us sell our house, but finding the perfect place for us well. She not only understands
