James Dwiggins

James is the Chief Executive Officer of NextHome, Inc. He brings to the table a sharp, innovative and forward-focused vision. He has been in the franchise business for 8 years now, originally joining Realty World Northern California & Nevada as Director of Technology and Strategy in 2006. In October 2011, his stellar performance in that capacity led to his promotion of Vice President. In May 2014, he and his business partner finalized the funding of their newest venture, NextHome, Inc., and purchased the Master License Agreement to Realty World Northern California & Northern Nevada, which has over 180+ office locations and 900+ agents.

Prior to joining Realty World in 2006, James co-founded VREO, Inc., the developer of groundbreaking enterprise-level Internet applications for agents and brokers. VREO pioneered biometric signature software for paperless transactions and garnered numerous industry awards including the coveted Inman Innovator Award for its breakthrough technologies. Previously, James co-founded USA Virtual Tours, helping to grow the company nationally until its acquisition in 2001.

James regularly speaks to audiences at the California Association of Realtors Annual Conventions, the Asian Real Estate Association of America, the Inman Agent Reboot and Real Estate Connect conferences, and numerous Women’s Council of Realtors and local Realtor’s association meetings and events. In 2010, he started and chaired the Young Professionals Network for the California Association of Realtors and served on the 2010 National Association of Realtors Events and Conventions Committee. He has also been a member of Trulia’s industry advisory board since 2011.

James studied business and criminal law at Cuesta College, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Tei is the Chief Operating Officer of NextHome, Inc. He’s responsible for overseeing corporate operations and the creation and implementation of new technologies that give NextHome, Inc. and its franchisees the edge they need to stay ahead of their competition.  He has been in the franchise business for 6 years now, originally joining Realty World Northern California & Nevada in 2008 as their Chief Technology Officer. There he led the establishment and oversight of an in-house team of software engineers, web designers and IT administrators. Tei directed strategic technology initiatives, infrastructure and application roadmaps for three years before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011, where he took on all operating aspects of the company. In May 2014, he and his business partner finalized the funding of their newest venture, NextHome, Inc., and purchased the Master License Agreement to Realty World Northern California & Northern Nevada, which has over 180+ office locations and 900+ agents.

Prior to joining Realty World, Tei co-founded VREO, Inc. There, as Chief Technology Officer and eventually CEO, Tei headed a team of 12 engineers, designers and IT administrators and led the strategic planning of all operations including infrastructure and application development, and overall direction of strategic technology initiatives. He was responsible for the design of DeepGreen Financials fully-automated client generation and loan processing platform which handled over $800,000,000 in volume, and the launch of the original Realty World enterprise platform, which won the 2004 Inman Innovator Award for best real estate brokerage application.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Tei studied engineering before transitioning to business at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson is the Chief Strategy Officer for NextHome, Inc. He is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of key strategic business relationship, further adding to the growth of NextHome’s national expansion. Robinson has an extensive background in real estate including experience in national business strategy, operations, sales training, recruitment, motivation and effective marketing. His collaborative approach and ‘win-win’ attitude fosters the development of successful, results-driven partnerships for our members.

Previous to NextHome, Inc., Robinson operated Prosper Marketing Inc., as the Chief Strategic Officer and prior was the Chief Operating Officer at Better Homes & Gardens, Mason McDuffie Real Estate, where he oversaw operations for the nation’s 19th largest real estate company consisting of 35 offices and over 1,300 REALTORS®. His business acumen also extends to past experience as a consultant at SmartZip, a Vice President at North Point Real Estate Investment Services and a Team Leader for Keller Williams Real Estate. Keith Robinson is also a national speaker and a proud father of his daughter Reese.

Charis Moreno

Charis is the Vice President of Sales for NextHome, Inc., and is responsible for the company’s growth and national expansion. She brings a unique blend of sales, management, technology and leadership skills to the organization establishing a successful footprint in the market place. Her deep understanding of how technology can be applied to helping brokers and agents become more productive and successful in today’s real estate environment is one of the many reasons why the company, and it’s franchisees are growing so quickly.

Previous to NextHome, Charis spent five and a half years as the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Trulia where she oversaw all broker and franchisor relationships for the western half of the U.S. During her tenure at Trulia, she was responsible for growing sales and maintaining a book of business that included over 400 major brokerages and thousands of real estate agents. Prior to joining Trulia in 2009, Charis was the Vice President of Inside Sales for REALTOR.com where she grew and managed a team of 7 managers with over 150 sales representatives. Charis regularly speaks at local, regional, and national real estate conferences, sits on various industry panels and hosts webinars on how to effectively leverage technology to be more productive and connect with consumers.

Charis studied general education and pre-nursing at Moorpark Jr. College, and served four years in the U.S. Navy.

Imran Poladi

An accomplished REALTOR®, Imran has participated in the sale of nearly 900 homes in his 12 year real estate career. Before moving into leadership, his incredible sales career included selling 242 homes in 2008 and sold 261 homes in 2009 with his sales team. In 2010, Imran was chairman of the Stockton Council (a division of the CVAR) and was also honored as Realtor of the Year. In 2011, he was the Board President of the 1,800-member Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR).

In August of 2012, Imran joined Harcourts USA corporate team as Director of Franchise Development and helped oversee the operations of 22 franchised locations and 300+ agents. His performance in that capacity led to his promotion to Business Development Manager in February 2013. In June 2014, Imran joined NextHome, Inc. as its Vice President. NextHome recently acquired the franchise rights to Realty World Northern California & Northern Nevada markets, which has 180+ offices and 900+ agents.

Imran’s other achievements include being honored as the President’s Award recipient in October of 2013 – an honor given to only one REALTOR by the President of California Association of REALTORS (CAR). Also, in November of 2013, Imran was selected by Inman Real Estate News as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in the United States”. Imran currently serves as the 2014 CAR YPN Chair.

As a noted International Speaker and Trainer, Imran has taught tens of thousands of real estate professionals throughout the world. He has spoken for various real estate companies and at numerous events, including some of the top annual real estate industry events, such as the annual Inman Connect Conference and the CAR EXPO.

When Luke is not out in the field drawing people into new homes for sale and playing with neighborhood kids, you can find him relaxing and nesting in the corner at home with his favorite book. Born June 15, 2014 at Pentagram, New York, with an immediate affinity and passion for real estate, Luke is an avid supporter of homeownership opportunities, financial security, green living and personalized lifestyle.

He is experienced in playful engagement, trotting and making people smile. He loves attention and organic food. Luke, travels extensively in his role as Ambassador at NextHome, visiting listings, offices and bringing energy to the communities our members serve.

Luke currently resides in San Francisco and works at the Corporate Headquarters of NextHome, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA.
