Brandt did an awesome job for us! He is very patient, which is good because we are very particular and discriminating. We looked at ALOT of houses until we found the one that checked the boxes. Brandt is no nonsense and will NOT show or sell a house to you that is not right for you. Whenever we toured a property, he would arrive before us to scope it out and by the time we arrived he would point out problems that he saw with the home as well as any features we may like.
As a listing agent, he goes above and beyond to find buyers for your property with open houses and reaching out to other agents in the area to bring in potential buyers. He was always available and very responsive whenever we had questions (and we had lots of questions!). We will look him up again when it comes time for us sell and retire and move to someplace warmer!!! We would highly recommend Brandt for your real estate needs!
