I am not only a realtor but also a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, member of the National Broker Price Opinion Professionals, Equator Elite Agent Certification and Short Sale Certified.  I am a Certified Property Manager and specialize in investment opportunities, REO, Foreclosed, Short Sales, and Banked Owned Properties.  I complete over 100 property inspections, valuations, and Broker Price Opinions for mortgage lenders, insurance and asset companies, banks, etc. per month. This allows me to have extensive knowledge of the current market trends in the surrounding area which can help you accurately value your home prior to sale.  

Prior to becoming an agent I received my undergraduate degree at Monmouth University and attended graduate school at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I worked in law enforcement for over twenty years for both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the NJ State Police in criminal investigations.
