As a first time home buyer, Carrie was wonderful! At the onset, she made sure to explain the home buying process in detail, which was important to us. She was also instrumental in helping us to manage our expectations while shopping in a seller’s market.

Throughout our 3 months or so of searching, as soon as houses came on the market, she promptly sent us the listing to consider and quickly scheduled each showing, a lot of which resulted in us being the first of many to look at a house. This was crucial considering the majority of the houses we looked at were on the market for less than 48 hours, and her prompt action gave us the opportunity to tour every house we wanted to see. Also, when we had questions or wanted to run ideas past her, she picked up our call every time, regardless of how late it was.

After one of our offers was finally accepted, she stood by us throughout the duration of the lending process and kept in close contact with the seller’s agent and the lender to make sure every “I” was dotted and “T” was crossed ahead of the closing. The inspector she recommended, Frank, was wonderful.

Carrie helped make my dream of being a home owner come true.
