NextHome Tradition is owned by Massachusetts native, investment expert, and entrepreneur, Chis Chiang. While real estate is his primary focus, he also owns several laundromat businesses and has a residential rental portfolio.

Chris began his real estate career in 2008 by expertly fixing up and reselling homes. In 2010, Chris obtained his real estate license and put his expertise to work for an ever-growing list of clients. In 2017, Chris launched his own independent brokerage where he built an office of exceptionally talented real estate professionals. After extensive research, he decided that NextHome offered benefits that would enhance the experience his brokerage could offer for both clients and agents. In 2023, he opened NextHome Tradition.

In his free time, Chris is a competitive tennis, pickleball player, avid golfer, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places, national parks, trying new restaurants and spending time with his family and friends
