My story begins after graduating High School and joining the U.S. Army for a 4 year tour. I returned home and now call Wisconsin Rapids my home. With my lovely wife Kim, a Wisconsin Rapids area native and our two daughters, we enjoy all this area has to offer year round. From enjoying a boat ride up the river to meeting friends at Lunch by the River, we enjoy this small community with a large heart.
After graduation from Mid-State Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Energy Efficiency, I enjoyed working with people to meet their heating and cooling needs as an HVAC comfort consultant. I live in Green Bay Wisconsin and my mother's house which was in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin was the house that Chris sold for us. This was a challenge because I was the main contact for this sale since my mother is in an Assisted living facility in Rapids.
Chris was professional, thorough, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond and took care of some extras for us that we couldn't due to the distance we were from Rapids. All of the changes and documents needed required that Chris meet with my mother often for
her signature which seemed to happen flawlessly, and he was caring and respectful dealing with my mother. We had a successful offer and close within a couple months of listing. Chris did a nice job and I would recommend him as a Real-estate Representative.

Chris put in the work to visit many homes on short notice and to bend over backwards to accommodate our schedule. To top it off his connections allowed us to successfully maneuver around the financial world when our original lender was slow in delivering a small loan.

Chris was a great help during the whole process. I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions. Chris was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the answers. His customer service was absolutely top notch
but his number one quality I appreciated was him not being a "pushy sales person". Anytime we looked at a house, he'd lay out the pertinent information and let me form my own opinion about the house. He never tried to sway me one way or the other. I cannot

Chris did an amazing job selling our home he kept us well inform about the progress of everything, When our movers didn't show up on the day they said Chris was very helpful in contacting the new owners so we coule keep our things there for a couple of

Chris was extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable. My husband was using the va loan and Chris not only answered all our questions about first time home buyer but also about the va loan. He worked seamlessly with our lender and both the sellers we
