Our buying process required us to search online as well as travel because we lived in MN and planned to move to KC. The first thing Nick did was a phone interview to understand our preferences (style, size, location, amenities, type of yard...you name it) and we downloaded an app that sent us notifications of homes coming on the market and suggested listings to review. From there, we chose some homes to tour and then flew to KC to begin our search. Nick quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes. I am honestly not sure where to even begin with this review other than to say I could never properly express how much of a positive difference Nick Gadwood with the NextHome Gadwood Group made in my first home search, an experience that spanned several years and multiple market changes. Nick was always available to answer questions and ease my concerns about the process.
