Greg Zalanskas has been a general contractor in the greater Boston area for more than 35 years. In 2016, he put his building knowledge and skills to work renovating and re-selling homes, primarily in Arlington and Somerville, MA. His own experience flipping houses, combined with requests from friends and family members to help them make wise home-purchasing decisions, prompted Greg to pursue a real estate license in Massachusetts. Today, Greg continues to serve as a construction project manager while sharing his knowledge with home buyers and sellers as a part-time real estate agent with NextHome Tradition. Clients appreciate Greg’s construction insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the homes that they tour, as well as his help to see the potential of properties.

Greg is enjoying dedicating more time to his work as a real estate agent now that his twin daughters have graduated college and launched their own lives. When he is not working, Greg spends time outdoors skiing, fishing and camping.
