I had a classic old Maine farmhouse in a great location but in need of a lot of updating so definitely a challenge from a sales perspective. Despite a couple of failed attempts at a sale Jesseca kept a positive attitude that the house would eventually
find the right owner willing to buy in my desired price range. She did ultimately find that buyer and the sale went through with no hiccups. I highly recommend Jesseca as a realtor.

Jess took on the herculean task of selling my house in Winterport. After two contracts gone bad, she got it done. She communicated well, keeping me informed, and kept an optimistic tone throughout the transaction.
