Kent sold my mothers condo. After living there for over 45 years my mother went through a great deal of emotion. Additionally, I do not live locally, limiting my ability to help. There were many examples of how Kent went above and beyond. Even after the
sale Kent continued to assist. My grandmothers piano had a great deal of sentimental value to me. This was a cash sale so there wasn't a lot of time to arrange to pick the piano up. Kent arranged for me to keep the piano there for a couple of extra days and
himself met the movers when they arrived. It turned out that he even helped with the piano move. Now, I'm not saying he'll move piano's for you, but, he did what it took to sell the condo, was respectful of my mother and cared about what was important to me.
